ITC Global Operations

The ITC Global Operations Team is headquartered in Stockholm. The team develops and implements training tools, programs, and certification for countries in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America. Together with the ITC direct operations in EMEA, APAC and Latin America, and training partners worldwide, ITC delivers local language programs in more than 30 countries.

Carina Krantz

Carina Krantz
ITC Operations Manager

Carina has a degree in psychology and pedagogy. She joined FLIR in 2002 and became the coordinator for ITC in Europe and Asia in 2006. Carina is the primary contact for ITC licensed partners and responsible for the global certification business according to ISO 18436.

Jon Willis

In 1992, Jon completed a four-year Electronic Engineering Apprenticeship and was awarded an HNC. An eight-year career in IT followed, initially supporting desktop computers then leading to network and infrastructure support in the city of London. In 2000, Jon joined FLIR as Technical Support and training. Today, he is member of the ITC EMEA team.

Christiane Buchgeister

Christiane Buchgeister joined FLIR Systems GmbH in Germany in August 2003 after more than eight years in the semiconductor business. She holds a M.Sc. in Engineering Physics, an MBA in marketing. She was responsible for the program offered by ITC Germany and the contact to IR related committees and organizations. In February 2007, she moved to the Stockholm site and became Product Manager for ITC in charge of ITC CI & branding, training product definition, knowledge management, and implementation of the XML based production environment. Today, Christiane is Business Development Manager in the ITC EMEA team with responsibility for all ITC activities in Northern and Central Europe, and ITC EMEA's international conference.

Roberto Rinaldi

Roberto joined FLIR Systems in 1987 as a service engineer in Italy. He attended several training courses at FLIR Stockholm on how to repair and maintain IR equipment, and therefore has had the opportunity to follow IR technology and instrument evolution of the past several years. A few years later, he began to commission new equipment at customer sites and collected field experience on many IR applications. Roberto started providing technical support to both customers and sales personnel in 1994. Today, he is member of the ITC EMEA team.

Sylvain Telmi

Sylvain Telmi
ITC Manager EMEA South

Sylvain Telmi holds a B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering. He worked for two network companies before joining FLIR Systems. He brought six years' combined experience as an applications engineer in charge of the European market, and in product training, customer support, and after sales service. In 2006, Sylvain joined FLIR as Technical Support for sales and training and is responsible for the France training market on cooled and uncooled cameras. Sylvain became responsible for the EMEA South training activity in 2010.
