Certificazione di Categoria II- ISO 18436

Se sei un operatore termografico di categoria I pronto ad approfondire il mondo della termografia e delle ispezioni ad infrarossi, la certificazione di categoria II ti fornirà gli strumenti pratici di ispezione necessari per aumentare di categoria le tue conoscenze in termografia. Il corso di certificazione di categoria II porterà all‘approfondimento nella scienza che influenza l'aspetto delle immagini ad infrarossi e come ottenere misurazioni più accurate.  Si imparerà a lavorare con le malizie pratiche del mestiere che permetteranno di analizzare le immagini termiche e capire cosa effettivamente dicono, considerando la tipologia degli oggetti che stiamo ispezionando e le condizioni a contorno.

What you will learn?

  • Una revisione approfondita dei concetti insegnati nel corso di certificazione di categoria I che inoltre aggiornerà circa le ultime telecamere IR e tecniche di imaging utilizzate dai professionisti della termografia.;

  • Analisi avanzata delle immagini utilizzando operazioni evolute della termocamera e concetti di misurazione della temperatura.;

  • Comprensione ampliata della teoria del trasferimento di calore per dare le conoscenze necessarie per analizzare le anomalie termiche che verranno presentate in una varietà di applicazioni e condizioni.;

  •  Concetti radiometrici avanzati di emissività e riflettività che affinano le proprie capacità di misurazione della temperatura.;

  • Lezioni apprese da applicazioni reali che aiuteranno ad affrontare le ispezioni in modo più sicuro e professionale.;

  • Esercizi pratici con la termocamera che miglioreranno le proprie capacità di misurare le temperature e diagnosticare problemi critici.

Certification

IR Camera requirements

Completion of hands-on labs & exercises will be required, so please bring your thermal camera to class.

  • If you do not have access to a camera, you can rent one through Teledyne FLIR by calling 866-477-3687 ext. 1.
  • If you are attending the course with a colleague or friend you may share a camera, however we recommend no more than three students per camera.
